I worked with Ultra Logistics on multiple loads. During that time I experienced ongoing communication problems with both the broker and dispatch teams. On several occasions I had difficulty getting timely responses regarding load details, pickup instructions, and delivery confirmations, which caused delays and confusion. In addition, after a load delivered, the company later (about 5 months after delivery) contacted us about alleged freight damage. Started working with Ultra recently and really appreciate the organization and professionalism from this company. Booking loads is smooth, and nice to chat with brokers that care. Danny has been fantastic to work with and is keeping us busy!
I’ve never had a harder time working with a freight broker than with Ultra Logistics. From my experience, they are extremely unresponsive, inconsistent, and seem to play double games with carriers. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and every step of dealing with them felt like a battle rather than a partnership. This has been the worst broker experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly caution others against working with them.
