If it were possible to take stars away and finish in the negative, that is where ULTRA LOGISTICS would end up. I can’t remember having a worse experience on a brokered load…. Oddly, this occurred on a load that had NO hiccups and went so smoothly. It ALL has to do with the broker. Let’s unpack this, shall we? Buckle up and come along for the ride.
