I purchased this 31-gram gold bracelet from Ultra Jewellers about a year ago for approximately $7,000. When I recently returned to ask about its value, I was shocked to be offered only around $1,000. I understand that resale prices are often lower than retail, but such a significant difference was extremely disappointing. Pretty impressed at how helpful and professional these guys are. I'd gone in for a quick battery change on a wristwatch and get a old ring cleaned, ....done in 20 minutes and didn't even charge for the cleaning. Amazing!. I'll sure be making future purchases here
