Had a great experience at Ultra Jewellers with Sanjay and Ryan for a jewellery repair on a gold ring that many other jewellers would not help with. They helped walk me through the different options of what would make the most sense for my piece without sacrificing any of the gold I had brought in. They were super nice and professional and the turn around time for the repair was very quick as well and well done. I would highly recommend going here for repairs and custom pieces!

This is THE go-to spot for jewelry in Edmonton. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a custom engagement ring through them and it turned out perfect. The fit and quality are excellent. It looks exactly as I imagined and described. On top of this, the prices are very reasonable. Go here for any jewelry and I promise you won’t regret it.

I had an amazing experience with Ultra Jewellers! The quality of their jewelry is outstanding, and their collection is both elegant and unique. Sanjay was incredibly helpful and was able to adjust my watch size just the way I wanted it. Highly recommend visiting them if you're looking for beautiful pieces and excellent customer service. Checked around for pricing on resizing. Ultra jewellers Was the least expensive. I was expecting to wait at least five business days for it to be done, it ended up only taking 48 hours. I was also happy with the results. Very professional and friendly service.

I highly recommend Ultra Jewellers in Edmonton at Londonderry Mall for all services related to jewelry, watches, appraisals and repairs. In addition to excellent value for appraisals, I had my late father’s Swiss Accutron watch from the late 1960s repaired, which required specialized skills and materials. The completed work was superb and the service was extraordinary! I was presented with options related to what I could afford and the management and staff were at all times courteous, efficient and reliable.
