I took a pocket knife to Ultra Jewellers to get engraved for my husband. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and the staff were honest about what could be done, they advised what would work best with the material of the knife, in regard to location, size and style of the engraving. I found them to be accommodating but up front about the timeline to complete the engraving and they ended up being done sooner than originally expected. I could not be more pleased with how great the service was! I brought two rings in to have them re-sized. Both rings were done extremely quick, within days. I had an issue with the rings and brought them back, they fixed them both within days, free of charge. I am extremely happy with how my wedding ring turned out!😍
After having my ring sized I could not believe how my ring looked new again. They did a great job and cleaned and polished it. It was like getting a brand new ring. Very impressed with Ultra Jewellers. They have a goldsmith on hand so your jewelry is worked on in their store.
Came here when my wedding band set was stuck on my finger. They not only cut the bands but also resized them. it only took a couple of days for the resizing and they did a wonderful job of it. Highly recommended!
