OMG!! Ultra came to our home within 3 hours of calling them to fix our broken air unit. What a relief in this desert heat! So grateful! And, so is my 19 yr old dog! Special kudos go to the excellent technician, PYLET. He was professional, obviously experienced, and quick to fix the problem. I cannot praise him and this company enough!! THANK YOU!! We are renting this home, and I can see why our landlord chose Ultra!
Ultra wasting ppls time. just had a tech out today at 9am for a 10a-2p . i started gettin calls at 730am from a random number (which was the ultra tech). then again at 915a. i saw the ultra van on my driveway camera. i called that random number and heard it ringing from the ultra van, ignoring my calls. then the tech takes off. I called ultra , they had him call me back. he left because he said there r no walk ways on my roof and no access to my home to reach me. theres a doorbell at the side of my garage door that he could ... read more
Ultra Heating and Cooling was dispatched via AHS to come and address an issue I was having with my furnace. After 2 visits it was determined that a further diagnostic needed to be made. Luis and Pylet came out immediately and they were able to finally get to the root of the problem. They were honest, professional and very personable.
My home warranty, AHS, sent this company out to look at my AC unit as it was not blowing hot air. Within 5 minutes of me submitting the request, a representatives from Ultra call to arrange a time for the technician to stop by. They were available same day and was at my house within two hours. Joe’l, the tech, quickly fix our problem, getting the heat to work in my downstairs unit. I was very happy with the service received today.
10.09.25 Referred by our Home Warranty AHS. Quick to respond and schedule an appointment. It started off great! Tech Jason called before he arrived and was very nice and on time. He checked our a/c unit outside and then came in to check our unit in the attic. He said he couldn’t find exactly where the leak was coming from and needed to send another tech to find the exact location of the leak.
