Went in last week. Fast, friendly, caring service. Listened to me, and assisted. A great experience and little wait!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Screaming sick toddler and they were more worried about a damn physical insurance card than helping. Would not recommend!
Quick in and out experience and the staff was very nice.
They were kind, but didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Was charged incorrectly and they fixed that mistake. Was told they were in network when I called before I went- turns out they are not and they’re just comfortable with lying and careless that it happened. On top of all of that it wasn’t even a productive visit. Not worth the headache.
Times are posted as 8-6. I got there at 5:15 with one person in the waiting room and was told they could not see me because they would be closing soon. I drove from 25 minutes away and the receptionist asked the doctor twice and she said no both times. I was told to go to the moneta clinic which was 15 more minutes away. I asked them why the times are posted as 8-6 if they don’t see patients until then and there was no answer .
