Three 1 Star Reviews: 1 - I could barely walk, drove over to the Bedford “Urgent Care” and was told that I had to go elsewhere due to them closing in an hour. The waiting room was empty and they said their last patient had already been taken back. I advised I had 10/10 pain in my knee and they told me to drive to Forest and be seen at the Centra Urgent Care because they can’t see me. First visit was ok but really wouldn’t let us see a doctor until they tried to figure out insurance forever (sick toddler). Second time, THEY WONT SEE YOU IF YOU show up after 3:15 tho posted hours say 4. Poor experience. The NP I saw the first time was good tank.
Best urgent care I've ever been to. It is always pretty quiet so we are seen quickly. It has saved me several emergency room trips. One time I did go into anaphylaxis (long story - not their fault) while there and they handled it impeccably and got me on an ambulance and off the BMH. They take excellent care of my family.
