Really nice people and cares for you I am very pleased with how they treated me and will be going back if I need to very well kepted and very clean
While wait times are short knowledgeable staff is lacking. I had fallen onto concrete steps and injured my RIGHT wrist. The nurse who took care of me had a really hard time trying to figure out how the wrist brace was supposed to go on. She kept looking at the picture on the box the brace came in and it took her several minutes before she accepted her work or just gave up trying. Three 1 Star Reviews: 1 - I could barely walk, drove over to the Bedford “Urgent Care” and was told that I had to go elsewhere due to them closing in an hour. The waiting room was empty and they said their last patient had already been taken back. I advised I had 10/10 pain in my knee and they told me to drive to Forest and be seen at the Centra Urgent Care because they can’t see me. Turns out I had a torn meniscus. 2 - I had taken an at home Covid test and it was positive. My employer needed a providers test to approve work... read more
First visit was ok but really wouldn’t let us see a doctor until they tried to figure out insurance forever (sick toddler). Second time, THEY WONT SEE YOU IF YOU show up after 3:15 tho posted hours say 4. Poor experience. The NP I saw the first time was good tank.
