I love it here! They give me the best service and shots!
Had a wonderful experience. I took my daughter there on Monday after school for vomitting and stomach pains but she had been sick I wanted her tested for flu Covid and strep. The doctor she was amazing she knew something wasn’t right with the amount of pain she was experiencing and test were negative there (she later tested positive for Covid at the er) she examined her and pressed on her stomach and made her do a rebound jump to see if it hurt more when landing and it did. Daughter had strep throat. No appointment. In and out in 30 minutes with a prescription. Everything i could ask for in an urgent care
I love this urgent care because the visits are quick and easy and typically very little folks in the waiting room when I have been. The only downfall (unless it has changed) is its open Monday through Sat. And closed on Sundays. They do take most insurances including Medicaid. The staff is always pleasant to deal with and they all listen and communicate well. Highly recommend.
Visiting this urgent care was a great experience. Being sick is never fun, but knowing you are going to be greeted by friendly staff, that truly cares makes all the difference in the world. Thank you Ultra Health in Bedford.
