We had UltraGeothermal install Geothermal unit in our home. The unit that they were supposed to get never came in. They had to change vendors. Once they changed the vendor, the unit that came in, never worked. They had to order a replacement. They installed the unit in the wrong place in our home, right next to our plumbing pipe, and over our back pipe in the floor. Plumbers cannot work when they come to our home. I was spending a fortune with my current heating system. I called Ultra Geothermal to get information as to the benefits of how a geothermal system could help me out. My 2000 square foot home was costing me over $3K a year for heating alone. They were able to provide me with a system that would provide heating, cooling and a portion of my hot water needs.
