Went in with an engagement ring that was nearly 30 years old- the pear shape diamond had been lost and the worn band needed some TLC and be up sized!- John and his knowledgeable staff went to work , told me exactly what they would do - The results were simply awesome ! The ring looks like I went back in a time machine to 1991- incredibly amazing Yes, the stone even comes with an appraisal ! “Old-school “ Service, Integrity is what I received!!
