I recently decided to replace the counter tops in my kitchen. I ended up using Ultra Form as they were close to my home, but that was definitely a mistake. First of all, they didn't show the first day they were supposed to measure. Then it took 4 days for them to return any phone calls. They came out to measure and then a couple of weeks later, after multiple phone calls attempting to find out the status of the counter tops, they called back to schedule the install.
