I have dealt with them 5 yrs ago. They install Air Conditioner and Fire Place for me in Port Hope, Excellent Job.
Bad install. Duct work from furnace looks very unsafe. Pipes to outside look flimsy. Not impressed.
This is the worst company that i have ever experienced. They were very rude to say the least. The 6 months old furnace that they installed has stopped working. Couldn't get them to return my calls so i went to their location on Hopkins, only to find the location closed with a for sale sign! Our 10 years warranty is now only a piece of paper. I had to call another company to redo the installation for $800. Ultra comfort and its owner Moe Khoramshahi are a scam.
Bad installation and experience. I have been trying for over 3 months to get the installation rectify without success, no call backs. I would not recommend Ultra Comfort.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Ultra Comfort, my furnace broke down is this terrible cold weather and I was worried it would take awhile to get somebody to come and fix it quick. Moe took care of me in this hectic situation, he was fast, reliable and always made sure things were going according to plan and more importantly he made sure I had my heat up and running ASAP.
