Steve was TERRIFIC! We had an early morning pickup for an early flight, so no room for error. He was very prompt, picking us up at exactly the time scheduled,. They confirmed the pickup.time the day before, so that was reassuring. And Steve was VERY friendly - just what we needed at time of morning. All in all, a GREAT experience.
