I have had a poor experience with this company, Owned I think by ChrisDaniels. Ruined my oriental rug and has been giving me every excuse in thebook about fixing it after he picked it up 2 weeks ago. He does not call you back or call you period! He does not like to return Messages. I think I willhave to go to the authorities to reclaim my rug. Very frustrated ex customer!
