If I could give them a zero star, I would. I brought my BRAND NEW GMC Acadia Denali to this car wash, and it ripped my antenna completely off my car due to this wash touching my car with a huge brush. I did not notice until two weeks later and I was not able to go turn it in until yesterday because of my schedule. Literally the best car wash ive been to in the country no joke. I travel for work and these dudes Literally got in the bed of my truck with a broom and dust pan and swept up some smoker pellets that had spilled before basically hand washing my truck and then sending me through the machine. My mind was blown.
Today as I was vacuuming my car. The manger walked up to my car. Took out his phone and told me I looked like a black woman who was in jail. He them scrolled through he found her picture held it next to me and said I'm darker than her that I can't be her. He then said I was her twin and that we look alike. I would never imagine that while I'm cleaning my car this would be the reflection the manger would say to me.
