I have known Eric for over 20 years and all I can say is Ultra Built-In System is the best in business. I contacted Eric late Saturday evening regarding my broken down water heater And he was extremely helpful . He arrived early Monday morning and I had a brand new water heater installed by Kam a very knowledgeable and professional installer on same day in less then 2 hours. I highly recommend Ultra Built-in System .
Yesterday, my furnace stopped working. I called my maintenance provider (not Built In) and they couldn't make it until this morning. So I froze all night, but this morning the tech came. He found that I had an bad power switch, he couldn't replace it as he had no spare. he jumped it and I agreed, the furnace came up and I thought it was fixed. My husband Robert only has good things to say about Eric, his son, and his installer Kam. Our 19-year old furnace broke down, and Eric & team pulled through, we now have a new furnace that works great! Happy with customer service. Eric was also great with Robert’s parents air conditioner. I have nothing but high praise for the team at Ultra Built-in. After dealing with a hot water tank full of sediment and rust for a month, it finally gave out. I got a few quotes and decided to reach out to Ultra Built-in. Eric came by for a quick assessment, and he suggested a tankless option. The very next day, his installers were knocking at my door.. My A/C broke down and the furnace was just as old. 18yrs, and so I decided to replace both units. They took care of everything start to finish. Very professional job and fair price. I found my go to, for HVAC needs.
