Joe has cleaned my carpets several times. He always shows up on time or will call when a few minutes late. Customer satisfaction and service couldn't be better.
I am the owner of the property this carpet cleaning co. wrote the response to. He has my contact information and could easily contact me. I have attempted to contact him prior to writing the review and he was horrible to speak with. It is obvious he is a friend of my ex-tenant and has been doing "business" with her for a long time. i am the owner of ultra brite carpet cleaning writing in response to the negative review by the last women who i never met. i definitely cleaned the carpet and cleaned it thorough as i do all jobs. i was warned by the occupant and several neighbors about this landlord. i have been in buisness for 20 years and this is the first negative review i am aware of. i think this is a very bad landlord going after tennants deposit.the carpet was out of stretch before i ever cleaned them.
EX TENANT HIRED THIS CO. TO CLEAN MY CARPETS IN MY HOME. AFTER SHE WAS EVICTED, I CALLED "JOE" AT 760-729-2490--HE TOLD ME HE CLEANED THE CARPETS, I ASKED DIDN'T HE SEE THE CONDITION THEY WERE COMPLETELY WARPED-HE TOLD ME THEY COULD BE REPAIRED AND THAT WAS NOTHING. I ASKED IF HE USED ANY SANITIZATION CHEMICHALS FOR PET STAINS AS THE TENANT HAD PETS, HE SAID HE DID NOT AND THEN ASKED, "WHY, WERE THERE PET STAINS?" DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
