I visited every hot tub / jacuzzi place in town but the maintenance for those types of tubs seemed a little much. Then I learned about whirlpool bathtubs and spoke on the phone with many online companies that sell and ship out their bathtubs. But they are just behind a computer selling as is. It wasn’t until I discovered Ultra bath in San Diego and met with Todd and his family owned business where I was able to not only see the inventory in person but request more jets and more heaters and really go wild with the add ons. Nine years ago we bought a bathtub from ultra bath. It is a nice soaking tub that we continue to enjoy. Twice we have had a minor issue. Todd has helped us resolve the problems both times without us incurring an additional expense. We appreciate his knowledge and how helpful he has been both times. Thank you.
