I made an appointment for a FREE consultation with Ultiskin. When an unexpected meeting came up I clicked on the link in the confirmation email they had sent me which allowed me (or so I thought) to change my appointment to the following day. Even though the system allowed me to change my appointment, I was charged a $75 cancellation fee and told that the link THEY had provided me was to a separate system. This is unethical behavior bordering on theft. Needless to say I will not be pursuing further appointments at ultiskin.
