Good hand cleaning, value
They destroyed the plastics on my Prado. They use acidic cleaning products, leave them on there to dry and then wipe off. Their idea of "fixing" the issue is to pile on more product to hide the damage. My car was brand new until I took it here…. beware!
Paid for a Ultimate wash ($84.95) but not happy. Had to clean door jams myself when I got home, wiped off sticky residue from both back & front fenders, windows were streaky. Will not use them again.
I've been trusting these legends with my car for over half a decade, and let me tell you, they're simply outstanding. I swear, every time I'm there, it's like a luxury car convention – I can't remember a visit without at least a couple of six-figure beauties getting pampered.
