I have been very pleased with my service at Ultimate Xpress, Norwood. I now have a membership and the service is so streamlined for a weekly wash. If there is a particular time I want my car to look immaculate through the week (my car is black), I just drop in again and it is all covered in the membership. Worth every cent for me.
Very thorough and very clean
Absolutely unacceptable experience. Avoid this place at all costs. In January 2025, I brought my Mercedes-AMG E43 here for a car wash. When I picked up the vehicle, there was a large dent and visible damage on the front bumper — something that was absolutely not there before. At first, their staff completely denied any responsibility.
