The office staff are incredibly disrespectful , when I started it was nice over a year ago. They used to have great respectful staff and managers. Not the same, never been treated so disrespectfully by an office manager and lied to my face over a system error which took me hours to resolve which later figured out, Ultimate U put the wrong insurance info in their system Blatantly telling me that i was someone who i was indeed not. I had a great experience at U medical today. I'v just moved to the valley, and was greeted with a wonderful welcome. My physician was Dr. Kathleen Smith. She was professional and refreshing. She took the time I needed to have with her without feeling rushed. I got my needs and questions answered. I was also received immediately. Unlike alot of Dr's office's. I encourage anyone searching for the right Dr. to search no more. This is it!
Dr. Kathleen Smith is an excellent doctor & the staff has always been extremely friendly & welcoming. The PRP therapy completely eliminated my low back pain after an auto accident; all it took was about 20-30 minutes & the results were instant.
