Apparently customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity, a good reputation & reviews like this mean nothing to Ray & his wife. Because after he failed to live up to his word I called & told them that I would be leaving a review but if they came back to finish the job ( which I paid them for) that I would not leave a negative review.
