All I have to start with saying is "WOW"...really...I have produced all documentation that verifies all correspondence from the early morning hours...2 am...from this customer and my responses...but we have done "free" work for this customer and apparently she will never be happy without doing this. I will not continue with the slander of accusations of so called "threats".
