Today is 3/2/26, I am still waiting on my Christmas lights to be taken down. I have reached out multiple times and received no response. I requested at least half the payment back since half the job was done, still not response. once lights are taken down I will update review on when they were so you can use your judgment this season if you’d like to wait as long.

This business was name Alton Tree Service before. I hired him along with my neighbor to remove tree and stump. Took them 3 weeks to removed 4 trees from my front yard and that was done on April 24,2022. He still not yet to finish the job that he wrote on my receipt, “will be back to grinding the stump”. It had been 2 months and 8 days now, that I had been calling Mr. Alton to come back to finish the job of removing / grinding tree stumps. Got a 100pcs firewood for 50$ and got it delivered for an extra charge. Quality firewoods and good customer service!

Ultimate Tree Service did an excellent job in cutting down all the trees we needed cut down. They were awesome in the clean up process too. We had a certain amount to cut down, but added a few more, but they didn't mind at all. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If I need more trees cut to be cut down you will only find Ultimate Tree Service in my yard cutting them down. No job is too big that they can't handle.
