It took the mechanic a few days to get to my truck , quite a few ahead of me, but once in the shop they were able to find & fix my oil leak of 10 years. Four different mechanics had looked at the leak & said it was too difficult to get to. All the mechanics i dealt with were professional & courteous, explaining What they were doing & what they found. Replaced parts were returned to me without me ever asking. Any future problems, with my truck, will be worked on at Ultimate. No more leak😊
Ultimate transmission is an awesome place to go and Matt and the crew do a really good job, I highly recommend them!
Great people, great service, very helpful. Dave, Matt, Jake, and the crew are all very dependable. All work done is top notch and they definitely stand behind it. A homegrown shop with a homegrown attitude. Service may be a little slower being a small shop with a huge customer base and large demand but quality is never lacking. They have always provided help, suggestions, and a valuable resources above and beyond the actual service requested. If you can imagine the rush of riding a unicorn through alligator infested waters, carrying an assault rifle while drinking a case of Red Bull you are halfway there to understanding the magical things these guys are capable of! Amazing customer service with the knowledge and talent that can only be acquired by stealing it from the gods! In the words of Ricky Bobby, If you don't run an Ultimate Transmission then F*** You!
Was having troubles with my 99 Dodge 2500 truck had several shops in Utah working on it but could not fix the problem and mostly brushed the problem off. Had the chance and with help from family and friends loaded the truck on a trailer and it was on a journey bound for an Idaho transmission shop, Ultimate Transmission to be exact.
