I would have scored them 5 stars for their speedy and friendly service, but he had to redo my windows for trash and air bubbles. Upon calling to schedule an appointment to bring car in to have windows redone, He ignored me for 4 weeks due to an injury he had from a car wreck, not even a I'm busy, were closed for a while or anything. After I finally got ahold of him and he redone my windows for the second time, they still have trash and air bubbles between glass and tint. Called 1st thing in the morning got me in same day, wasn't perfect job, but not bad enough where I would bring back to get fixed and they did say if any problems they would fix. Then price was better then everyone else in Hot Springs by almost 100.00.
