Poor sewing..ovals are not oval Terrible serving/ narrowed hem Thin polyester and napkins dont match Ask why and said from a new dye bolt of material so if you need matching items dont order here Send wrong colors then say you are a liar Gave benefit of doubt and placed another order and item came soiled as if dragged across a dirty floor
Absolutely horrible customer service!! I will NEVER use this company again, and will warn anyone who inquires about them. I placed an order through Amazon Prime. Order arrived on time, however, quality was inferior and I couldn't use the tablecloth for what I needed it for. Upon requesting a return, I saw that I would then be responsible for return shipping as well. This company is awful! After I returned chair covers that did not fit our chairs, they refused a full refund of the purchase price. Don't do business with them. They are terrible people, very dishonest.
