Overall my experience at Ultimate Tax has been been great. I hired another company in California before them, and they did nothing and didn't value our time. I wish that I would have started with Ultimate Tax Group. They fixed my problem.

Nothing was done to assist with my tax debt. Communication was none responsive. I never received any proof that Ultimate Tax Group filed any with *** on my behalf.

The staff at The Ultimate Tax Group, especially ***** ******** were a life saver. They knew what my concerns were with the ****** and quickly acted on getting a resolution. My tax issue with the ****** began because the tax preparer from an accounting agency (name w/held) made an egregious error of my 2021 returns, to resolve it he issued a correction 1040-X form and I mailed the form and payment to the *** expeditiously. I'm self employed and hadn't filed taxes for two years. Out of work right now and my dad is helping me out with this and paying Ultimate Tax to help me get right. Since I don't have many deductions I'm probably gonna owe about 25K which doesn't seem so bad but since I'm not working they said they can keep my savings safe from collections and won't have to pay until I'm employed again. Pretty good result. I know it's time to face the music and am happy with hiring Ultimate Tax Group.

The *** just took my entire paycheck and I couldn't pay my rent. I'm self employed in sales and was freaking out. I found Ultimate Tax online, they weren't local to me but when I called and checked them out they looked to be above board and the the person I talked to seemed to know exactly what to do to help and said they needed to act fast. Last year I claimed my gf's kids on my taxes and got a big refund but now the *** wants their money back and there is no way I can pay it. I called Ultimate Tax and they are helping work through it. I'm sooooo nervous and am at a loss for words... I'm the one that takes care of the kids and pays for everything but they said there was a red flag or something. Ultimate Tax Group was able to get the IRS off my back, like an ex-wife. Was able to get me into an uncollectable status and has given me the able to breathe. Thank you Eric B. for all your help. If you need help with your tax debt, Ultimate Tax is the place to go.
