Calling to many times to cancel my service and they don’t want to do it, internet sucks
Horrible internet service and when I call for a technician services, I have to wait for more thsn 3 day. They suppose to retun money for those days I be without services.
Absolutely impossible to cancel. Took a month. Repeatedly hung up on daily after 30-45 minute holds never speaking to a human. Email get no response. The chat people just keep telling you to call in, only way to cancel. Just a number that keeps you on hold. Nobody on the other end. Don't give them your bank account. They won't let you cancel, and keep taking your money. It simply theft. Scum company doing anything they can to steal 55 a month from your bank. Not allowing people to cancel while acting like it easy is theft.
I keep getting mail telling me I can have this service, but they then tell me it is not available in my area. Give me good internet and I will change to 5 stars thanks
