ONE-YEAR UPDATE — BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The owner Michael Bailey still owes me $1,321, which he agreed in writing to pay as compensation for the RV issues. Should be a zero star as Ultimate Tailgating recently cancelled my RV 3 days before pickup. No communication until I was on our way to pickup the vehicle. No offer to find a replacement RV. I was amazed. Rent and beware. UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER - I was told the RV was sold prior to my rental. And Outdoorsy is the booking company your company uses when you book through your site. Good luck with your business...

The vehicle I reserved was not the one they had ready on the day of my pickup, three days before Thanksgiving. I had no option but to take the vehicle I was given. The RV was dirty, with animal hair, and 50% of the gray water was still in the tank. Also, to mention, seat belts were removed for rear passengers, and I had to drive back up to the business for the associate to install them.

The fee was $2600 for 4 night and we had to return the unit after just 1 night because there was no hot water. I attempted 3 calls with the company and as soon as I started letting them know about the issues we experienced they stopped accepting and return... read more
