Should be a zero star as Ultimate Tailgating recently cancelled my RV 3 days before pickup. No communication until I was on our way to pickup the vehicle. No offer to find a replacement RV. I was amazed. Rent and beware. UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER - I was told the RV was sold prior to my rental. And Outdoorsy is the booking company your company uses when you book through your site. Good luck with your business...

The vehicle I reserved was not the one they had ready on the day of my pickup, three days before Thanksgiving. I had no option but to take the vehicle I was given. The RV was dirty, with animal hair, and 50% of the gray water was still in the tank. Also, to mention, seat belts were removed for rear passengers, and I had to drive back up to the business for the associate to install them.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. The camper was dirty, cabinet doors were broken, exterior compartments wouldn't stay shut, bunk bed doors would but open and close, fridge wouldn't work while driving and all the batteries were dead upon arrival. The fee was $2600 for 4 night and we had to return the unit after just 1 night because there was no hot water. My experience with Ultimate Tailgating was very disappointing. They “mistakenly refunded” my commission to the client and never resolved the issue, despite repeated attempts on my part. Communication throughout booking process was poor. Consistently having to follow-up. The RV provided to my clients was not cleaned at pickup, and later in the trip it suffered an engine failure, creating major disruptions.
