We've had their doors and heaters for 13 years and are extremely happy with them. We just ordered new electric doors, and are excited to continue using their products. William is excellent to work with.

Ordered Doors in October and was told a 2 week order and now Dec and still no doors!! Been talking with William and the lack of follow up and follow through is a Joke! update: 4/2/19 doors installed easily but 2 of 3 doors still do not operate. Had a company come and talk with Ultimate to trouble shoot as still no operation. I will report back when all doors are in operation.

Buyer beware, the ElectraFlex breakaway doors have a serious design flaw that could cause major damage if a vehicle were to break through the door. The bottom rung of the door is held together with METAL screws and, on a recent breakaway at our wash, the screws came loose and were dragged across the paint of a car, requiring a repaint.
