My experience with Ultimate Staffing in Irvine was wonderful. My recruiter, Whitney O’Callaghan, was very helpful and made the onboarding process very simple and easy for me. If I had any questions or concerns she is there, ready to answer them for me. I’ve recently been hired on to my internal team thanks to the Ultimate Staffing!
I have been with the ultimate staffing company for about 5 months now and I would say that it is the best company I have been with. My rep Anne is amazing always checking in on me and making sure everything is all good, from also making sure my staff and boss at my temp job are getting good reviews of me. It makes me feel as though I am really doing well always getting compliments. I seriously love it here and if you are in need of a job fast I would go with them and ask for Anne she is amazing!
I had a disappointing experience working with Ultimate Staffing. Anne Mauro, initially requested my resume, which I promptly provided, but then took an unusually long time to respond. Later, she reached out again regarding a new position. I responded immediately, expressing my interest, but never heard back from her. The lack of follow-through felt unprofessional and left me confused. It honestly felt personal, though I can't say why. Overall, it was a frustrating and discouraging interaction.
The timing was perfect, I was having difficulty landing a full time job and I applied everywhere while struggling to make ends meet. Suddenly one day Dzina reached out to me and within less than a week was able to get me a full time position with a great company. Thanks to Dzina Martin and the Ultimate Staffing agency for being so courteous and diligent, because of them things are starting to look a little more promising for me.
I’ve only known Jackie Dunne for a short time, but she’s already made a great impression! She’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive in our interactions so far. Even though we haven’t met in person yet, I can tell she truly cares about connecting people with the right opportunities. Looking forward to continuing to work with her!
