Ultimate Sounds is the best from Wilmington to Greenville... Sounds like some of the reviews are personal vendettas. AVOID THIS SHOP! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD! So to make a long story short, I have spent the last year (yep, a year) trying to get them to replace the dash which they destroyed during a head unit installation. The job they did was horrible and honestly looked like it was the first time they have installed a radio and did it with a screwdriver. This included two separate trips to Wilmington when they said they would have it in, only to mysteriously say it wasn't there when I arrived. NOT on time, Customiization skills are lacking at best, installation NOT DONE PROPERLY- rattling parts . BEWARE..
BUYER BEWARE: Be aware that Ultimate Sounds does not provide refunds. If the merchandise is not available, only a store credit is awarded for the amount paid. In my case, US ordered a front fascia kit for mounting a new radio/cd player, but found that, in fact, no aftermarket front panel with radio was available -- only an OEM Subaru radio can replace the current defective unit. There is no disclosure about the refusal to give refunds when US can't fulfill the contract you made with it, so I am out $100 and must find a way t... read more
I would recommend this place to everyone I went there yesterday with my volvo they were very professional and did a good job I would go back any time
I was truly disappointed in this place. I had called to have my pioneer to be put in my car. I had called a week before to order the parts. The next week that I was supposed to have my radio put in. They called the day before and cancelled on me. I went back a week later. They told me they didn't have the part and they don't do pioneers. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
