Do not attempt to book through ZocDoc, the front desk is clearly unorganized. I tried to book an annual physical, after confirmation from the site everything was good till 530 PM day before, where I am asked to call in after they closed. Show up and not only is my appointment not available, I would have to go through 3rd party blood work prior to my appt. None of which is communicated nor instructed. Very poorly ran and suggest you either micro-manage this front desk, or find other options. Obviously will not be returning.
Please please please take all of the negative reviews about this woman as 100% factual. I came to her for crowfeet Botox. I don’t know what this woman injected into my face but it definitely wasn’t Botox. This is not my first rodeo either Botox. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE FOR A LEGITIMATE MEDICAL CONCERN!!! Was new to the area and had my physical at this "practice". As many other have already said all that this supposed dr and her staff want to do is pedal you stuff and there was no legitimate interest or concern for why i was there. I was pitched all kinds of pills and bizzare treatments for things I didn't need. The clue is in the name with this place.
THE BEST EVER!!! This Med Spa is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Dr. Jen and Dr. Green are both the most amazing and wonderful individuals you'll ever meet. The authenticity and genuine care you receive is second to none. I went there to discuss hormone options and Dr. Jen explained everything to me taking as much time as I needed to feel comfortable.
