I had Smart Lipo done with Dr. Jennifer Jose, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Jose is the ultimate solution. I referred someone for laser liposuction and cryotherapy treatments. The results were incredible! She took her time and made what can be a nerve racking experience completely comfortable, professional, and through. Her staff's attentive and caring matching her bedside manner.
Do not attempt to book through ZocDoc, the front desk is clearly unorganized. I tried to book an annual physical, after confirmation from the site everything was good till 530 PM day before, where I am asked to call in after they closed. Show up and not only is my appointment not available, I would have to go through 3rd party blood work prior to my appt. None of which is communicated nor instructed. Very poorly ran and suggest you either micro-manage this front desk, or find other options. Obviously will not be returning.
Please please please take all of the negative reviews about this woman as 100% factual. I came to her for crowfeet Botox. I don’t know what this woman injected into my face but it definitely wasn’t Botox. This is not my first rodeo either Botox. I’ve had 10 years of Botox and this was the first time EVER that the injectionsdid nothing. s I am afraid, as I don’t know what this woman injected into my face. I have reported her to the FTC. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE FOR A LEGITIMATE MEDICAL CONCERN!!! Was new to the area and had my physical at this "practice". As many other have already said all that this supposed dr and her staff want to do is pedal you stuff and there was no legitimate interest or concern for why i was there. I was pitched all kinds of pills and bizzare treatments for things I didn't need. The clue is in the name with this place.
