Wonderful place. The folks that work here seem to love their job, and are truly happy. The office is clean and bright and they have a wonderful team from the front end staff, to the hygienist and the dentist. All fantastic.
I originally went in yesterday for a toothache/bad tooth problem. We got x-rays done. Then did a consultation with me about what I need to have, done which is extensive. They got extremely busy at the end of my appointment so things got a little confusing and had to set an alternate appointment to get some work done. When I spoke with them this morning, they were originally going to be closed for the day but the dentist brought me in special and actually got a majority of the work that I needed done taken care of. Literally the worst dentist ever though schedule you for a certain date and then you walk in the door and they’ve rescheduled you without telling you I started a new job. I was able to take a day off for the dentist and they rescheduled me without me knowing so, I lost a day of pay and did not get my tooth fixed because the receptionist and doctors communication skills is absolutely preposterous.
