My electric blinds were broken, and I needed a suitable replacement. I contacted ultimate shades and blinds company, who sent a guy to take measurements, ask me what I was looking for in terms of replacement. I asked for conventional, manual black-out blinds. We made an appointment, and they sent two of their guys to come take down my electric blinds, and set up the replacement. We moved into a new home that required quite a big project for shades and drapery. Andres was meticulous, timely, and professional from start to finish! I can’t say enough good things about him and his entire team. They do their best to make sure the job is done correctly and that you are satisfied with the product. Will continue to work with him if I ever need drapery in the future!

My ancient Somfy blind motor finally gave out last week, leaving our bedroom drapes wide open. One of the local retailers in Boca put me in touch with Andres at Ultimate Shades & Blinds. What a blessing! He came out last week to measure and this week he installed a new motor. It was a small job, but very important to us. Andres was responsive and wonderful to deal with.

Very reliable company. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable with his product. He understood that we were working on a budget and help us get the best out of it ;recommending the Mermet screen fabrics along with the battery Somfy motors. One of the things that We liked the most was the communication ; he called us once a week to give us updates on the project and also follow up with our building to send all the insurance paperwork. One of my motorized shades stop working and nobody wanted to come and fix because it was a double high ceiling but lucky I found ultimate shades. I really appreciate the fact that they treated my repair as if it was a brand new project. Thank you so much guys for putting it back to work again.
