I am leaving this review for Niko. He is an honest, hard-working, professional. He helped rectify a problem that I had with Mike his service tech. I had a problem with Mike his service tech who charged me double for a repair which took less than a half an hour. Mike put a roller back on my slide and did not give me an estimate prior to doing the service and told me the cost was $500 after the fact. Mike also said the normal protocol would be to take off the full slide and replace all the rollers. And that cost would’ve been ... read more
