I can't recommend Ultimate Roofing enough. Incredible communication with the owner, Richie to start the process. Detailed explanation of the job to be done. Excellent pricing and even better workmanship. The whole crew were dedicated, efficient and tidy. After inspecting the property after work was completed, hardly a scrap or clipping was found. Overall, Ultimate Roofing are real craftsmen that you hardly encounter these days. Very satisfied.
We have used Ultimate Roofing twice -- for our current house and our previous one. Your roof protects your entire home and you get what you pay for. Richie and his team are thorough, arrive as scheduled, work incredibly hard, finish on time and clean up. Most importantly, the work has held up through torrential storms over the years. Also, Richie removed a crumbling overhang and built a new one that looks fantastic. That's why we've used them twice, and highly recommend them.
Their drivers are terrible. Had a truck cut me off and then drive ten under the speed limit. If you can’t handle driving I doubt you can install a roof. Do better or don’t plaster your truck with company logos.
They exceeded my expectations. They worked diligently, cleaned up meticulously and replaced the roof flawlessly. They even pointed out some minor damage they caused to a gutter and repaired it immediately. Couldn't be happier with my choice and neither would anyone else by choosing them, if you are in the market for a new roof.
Rich came out promptly to check on a leak in my sunroom. He identified the problem and the solution , even though the problem was caused by the sunroom installer. He installed my roof 5 years ago, and did a great job.
