Rich came out promptly to check on a leak in my sunroom. He identified the problem and the solution , even though the problem was caused by the sunroom installer. He installed my roof 5 years ago, and did a great job.
Ultimate Roofing with the President/Owner Richie have my vote and Future business for all things roof and/or home exterior repair / work. After a new insurance company that I switched to said I needed repairs/work on my roof or risk them not renewing my policy, I reached out to at least 5 companies to assess the work needed. Second time I have used Ultimate Roofing for roof and highly recommend them.
Replacement of our roof and gutters was done with quality workmanship. Rich was professional, personable and responsive, He ensured that the finished look is cohesive by replacing part of the trim with no extra cost. Overall interaction was great and I would highly recommend Ultimate Roofing.
We reached out to Richie after a bad rainstorm to inspect the damage of our roof. He came right away and went over our options. Richie was on top of the entire process the whole time, him and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job went through smoothly. Richie even came back after the job was completed to assist us with paperwork for our insurance company. Will Definity be working with him in the future for any of our roofing needs.
