Very easy to work with
Drove an hour. Cash in hand. The salesman could not have been worse. Excuse after Excuse, complained about and blamed the owner. Asked what I thought of the car and then proceeded to act like I wanted it for free. Bald tires(its cold), 3 different lights on the dash(oh those are nothing] and the battery was bad (yeah well), barley started. Not to mention the door dent and scratches, *yeah it just got on the lot, site said 33 days. Dodged a bullet.
Ray and Charlie made my experience at Ultimate Rides great from start to finish. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth. Charlie, the sales manager, was helpful and professional and made sure everything went seamlessly. I felt genuinely taken care of and would highly recommend Ultimate Rides.
