Horrible customer service and communication! They had me in circles with scheduling to test drive and see a vehicle only to find out the store owners son had the vehicle the whole time after rescheduling on me 3xs! Then the store owner refused to return vehicle until I did a credit check BEFORE even seeing or test driving, despite me telling them my bank had already approved me for the purchase!

Was so excited to buy my first car I was so excited I had a car picked out that I wanted when I got to the dealership Charlie had a different car picked out for me something that he picked out on his on that I didn’t really care for I test drove it everything was ok the next day I called to tell him that I didn’t want to Finance the car with them anymore I wanted to go though my bank Charlie started yelling and was very upset I still end up buy the car in need of a car the first day I pulled off the car lot the check engine ... read more

Ultimate Rides took care of me from start to finish. Big shoutout to my finance guy Charlie, he seriously got me out of a tough spot and made the numbers work when I thought it was impossible.
