Had my BMW done here a couple of years ago and the tint was dark, today I went by this shop to see if they would replace rear window tint because it is lifting off the glass. When I purchased the tint they told me it has a lifetime warranty, but gave me no receipt for the job because it was too dark! The owner said if I had receipt he could help me out, but he knew that they didn't give a receipt in the first place.... Lifetime is a joke and so is this company! I will never recommend this shop.
While they did not have what I needed (it was a hard to find sized tire), they went beyond what was expected and appeared to truly want to help us. I would definitely recommend this shop! (:
