I have used Ultimate Property Management for about 3 years. This is a very professional company that takes personal interest in your property. As an out-of-town owner, I have confidence they are working in my best interest, getting bids for repairs, intervening with the tenant and keeping me informed on the progress of any work needing to be done. These guys are killer! Super easy to work with and they really take care of both the owner and the tenant. We have been with them for a little over 2 years and it has been a breeze. If you are not using UPM now, you're doing it wrong.
Very helpful with our property. Ed Wagensellar and Ms. Finn very friendly and respectful. Will do what is needed.
