Can you believe only 5 responded? So that removed one. 2. Customer service, follow up means a lot! I could have omitted 3 companies just for this reasons. We had the pleasure of working with the entire "Fetter Pool" family The experience was amazing and our pool is perfect for our small backyard. We are an older couple and every person we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They don't forget you after the pool is done, but continue to reach out and make sure that your satisfied and enjoying your pool. We did considerable research before choosing Ultimate Pools by Fetter and highly recommend them for your new pool enjoyment.
Love love love my pool. I had heard so many horror stories regarding pool contractors. I was so so happy with the process from beginning to end. Chuck designed an amazing pool for us, the construction went so very smoothly and ahead of schedule, and the support and instruction upon completion went wonderful. The process was amazingly easy! Everyone who worked at our house was friendly and super professional. The design we were given was one I was told by other contractors was not possible. Fetter found a way to bring my dream pool to our backyard. We are super excited to get to swim in it in a few weeks. Thank you Ultimate Pools by Fetter!!!!
Absolutely love love love my new pool! They did the best job and it was done earlier than expected! Everyone that did work on my pool was polite and professional. Ross and Chuck and Denise were fabulous! I highly recommend this pool company to anyone wanting to have a quality pool built. I’ve already been recommending them to my friends and new neighbors! And everyone that comes over to see it just loves it! Thanks so much! We really can’t wait for summer to get here so we can swim it!
