Great pole but customer service leaves something to be desired ordered on a Monday I messaged them on Tuesday asking why the item hadn't shipped they ran out of the tubes they needed to ship and would be receiving them Wednesday check the tracking Thursday no movement check again Friday no movement i emailed the owner called the numbers listed no answers then finally I sent a message on there website and I had to threaten to report for fraud to receive a response that they would ship today why did it sit all day Thursday if ... read more
Great Services! Amazing Poles & Tools
I've gotten the 3x15 during the fall of 2021. Replaced the clamps twice and the handle once and they work great. I've had the other carbon fiber brand previously but you can't beat the drain system on the hyperpoles. After a deep netting, you can rip these out of the pool and water won't pee out of the hole like other brands and get your shoes all wet. That's the worst.
Awesome product & Great customer service. Very Well thought out design. I have purchased several polls and would not use any other product. Thanks Sara & Ken for a great product.
Bought one , lasted a year. Then bought a second and it broke in 4 months . Honestly not very impressed. Didn’t want to replace under warranty. Lol
