I ordered a $6 part for my pool robot online. I was amazed to see free local delivery. I was even more amazed it arrived, hand delivered, the very next day. Wow! Service like this is hard to find these days.
Beware of their "30-Day Return Policy"it is incredibly misleading if you actually need to use it. I purchased a $2,000+ Dolphin S400 robotic pool cleaner online from Ultimate Pool Service. Out of the box, the unit failed to complete a single cleaning cycle, stopping repeatedly after just a few minutes. Crucially, the companion app (which is supposed to alert you to any operational issues) showed absolutely zero faults or error codes.
