I have used Ultimate Pool for years for equipment purchases and a new liner. However, recently they exceeded their excellent service level. My robotic cleaner died shortly after the 2 year warranty expired. After diagnosing the problem, without prompting by me, Ultimate contacted the manufacturer and persuaded them to cover the cost of a new motor and labour under warranty. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Grant and Brian!
Beware! I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. They are disorganized and the work they did at our house on several occasions was very poor. They are now chasing me down through collections for work they didn’t do!! (including the below work they claim was at ‘no charge’ - which they actually invoiced me for. Absolute joke of a company. Do not do business with these people!
Highly expensive! Charge per half hour $180 not per job!
