Brian, Grant, and the team have serviced our pool for over 15 years. I've seen them grow from a very small outfit to the service-oriented group they are today. Consistently, they are always available to answer questions, offer practical advice, or do the work that needs to be done. We are happy to have them and will continue to use them. Thanks guys! Also, they've opened a nice retail store and it is worth a look!

I have tried twice to schedule an appointment (once in person at the store and once over the phone) to have someone come and show me how maintain my pool for a fee. I was planning on purchasing all the required supplies from their store. First time I was asked to leave my email address - never heard back. Second time the man said he would let me know his availability early the next week - again, never heard back.

I recently booked a partial pool closing (after draining the pool myself) based on the positive reviews here, and my previous experience with the company, as they did my pool inspection when I bought my house (booked through my realtor). Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After they left, I inspected the pool and found that the safety cover was not secured to three of the anchors. Amazing work by Ultimate Pool. Brian is a standup individual. We had some small issues with our liner and he offered to replace it so that we would be completely satisfied. Highly recommend Brian and team for your pool!
