My parents needed a new pool company to take care of their pool after having gone through numerous companies I came across Ultimate Pool Care and Repair through google and am very glad I did. He has been taking care of their pool for the last 8 years and the pool has never looked better. Anytime there has been an issue they have been able to diagnose and resolve it quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new pool company!
I’ve used many different pool companies and my pool was just getting worse. It’s a salt pool which I think some companies don’t know how the equipment works. In fact, I never saw anyone check the equipment except to clean the filter. I called Brad from his 5 star reviews. This man took action. There were so many things wrong. One by one he fixed them. FANTASTIC! Came out when he said he would and fixed everything the same day. Even labeled everything for my elderly mother. Trustworthy & Great customer service. Will be referring the company to everyone we know with a pool.
