Jo-an' from Ultimate Pest Control Services saw me on the stairs and asked if I had any issues with pest control in my apartment; I did, and he immediately followed me to my unit and took care of closing up 2 or 3 mouse access points. A larger one will need to be addressed by building management. We have used Juan for a long time. This year he was unable to come to the 1st appt due to the weather and the 2nd time due to logistics. He actually told us what to buy and how and when to apply the product to eliminate the yellow jacket problem. It worked. I do not know of any company that would give you a home remedy. Kudos to him. .
They promised a service, took my money, and then vanished. It’s heartbreaking to be treated like this. I don’t want others to go through the same pain — avoid them at all costs.
