Jo-an' from Ultimate Pest Control Services saw me on the stairs and asked if I had any issues with pest control in my apartment; I did, and he immediately followed me to my unit and took care of closing up 2 or 3 mouse access points. A larger one will need to be addressed by building management. I greatly appreciated Jo-an's initiative: I wasn't expecting an exterminator being in the building, nor did I ask him if he could assist.
