Great experience with Dr. Fawaz and his team. I’m currently about two months post-op, and my recovery has been excellent, everything from the procedure to follow-up care has been outstanding. Special shoutout to Destiny and Heidi, the MAs, who have been amazing throughout the process. I’ve been in frequent contact with them, and they’re always responsive, kind, and on top of everything. Overall, a very well-run practice with a team that truly cares. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, the administration at Plantation is a zero. You ask them for something—a doctor's request, a photo, a monthly form—and you have to call them and go to their office, and they're disrespectful. The worst office I've ever seen.
Fawwaz Mohiuddin, MD has performed rotator cuff surgeries on both my shoulders. On both occasions the outcome was excellent. I was impressed with his surgical skills, bedside manners, and after-surgery care. Also, his office staff are very efficient. I highly recommend Ultimate Orthopedics!
