Phenomenal! If you're looking for supportive helpful instruction on how to strengthen yourself at any age you've found the place! I'm thoroughly impressed with the community of warm welcoming adults of all ages coming in and tackling these obstacles! Fun, exciting, encouraging! And the first class is free! 😄
Great ninja gym. The coaches tailor the obstacles to my son (they push his abilities every class) and are very encouraging and give him great tips for improving. One of my favorite aspects is the track that goes around the top of the gym. I can walk around it while watching my son do the obstacles.
Fun place for kids and adults to expend a lot of energy staff are all great.
