If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for two pedicures for 11:00 am when they open at 10:00. We showed up for our scheduled appointment and the shop was dark and the door was locked. Nobody answered the phone but the website showed them as open. This appointment was for a special occasion and was very disappointing.
Really nice service but three nails broke already and they feel really soft - not what I am used to from gel.

Super friendly, always does a great job. Moved to SYV 3yrs ago, it took a year of trying all the local nail salons, to find Tong at Ultimate Nails. He is really good and his prices are fair.
