They came out right away for the inspection, sent us a detailed quote within a couple of days, and promptly completed the work to remediate our home of mold. The team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. After a frustrating experience with another company that took two months just to send a quote and required constant prompting to move things along, working with UMC was a breath of fresh air.
Johnny and his team were fantastic. They provided a very reasonable perspective on the water damage issue I had, and answered all the queries I had before finalizing on them. The personnel showed up at agreed upon time, was transparent in his communication, and carried out the work in a very professional manner. The site was cleaned and disinfected at the end, left it very clean and with minimal inconvenience to the occupants. I would highly recommend Johnny at UMC.
