Just Bought a car that had been serviced by them a year ago, had a rear main seal leak so I took it to my mechanic, and when they took the transmission off, it was missing a dowel (aligns the transmission, very important piece). So I gave them a ring and gave them the receipt number, I then asked why there was no dowel on the right side and he said “if there isn’t a dowel in there when we take it off, we don’t put one in” That’s like saying if there’s a bolt missing on the flywheel, well there wasn’t one there so we won’t so... read more

I Arrived at the Mechanic at 4:30pm in desperate help with my car, i live in Wollongong and i needed oil drained from my car as I’ve accidentally over filled it, and it wouldnt be a good idea to drive over an hour home with too much oil With out hesitation he moved another clients car off the hoist and helped me, He also noticed my brake light was out and fixed that He was very polite and explained everything to me, He charged me $0:00 Thank you so much for helping me with no notice
