This is the worse experience I have ever had. Andy is the biggest liar and scam artist I have ever met. Andy had listed a Pink Excursion on Ebay of which I wont the auction. His ad on Ebay said everything was brand new and we would not have any problems driving home. incompetent! supposed to pick us up in Palm springs and deliver to LAX but instead call from LAX asking why we aren't there
Very unsatisfied with the poor service we received from Ultimate Limousine. If you want a cheap limo for a bachelor party or prom then this limo company, their vehicles and drivers should be fine. But if you want a limo for a formal event like a wedding, anniversary, business trip, etc., do not use this company. The limo that came to pick up my wife for her son's wedding was damaged down half of the drivers side.
