I have used Ultimate Limousine for all my special occasions and have had the best experience. Look no further for for class and elegance. First class all the way!
They promised a bottle of Martinelli's for the kids' prom... it was even on the email confirmation they sent me... the driver arrived without Martinelli's and without glasses/cups the kids can use. On top of that, they charged me more than what was agreed upon (which was also on the confirmation email) and refuse to refund the overage. They also refuse to call back or answer emails. There are other limo companies out there... find a different one who will honor their word and treat you better!
Andy really hooked us up, we were not expecting this nice of a limo! Great prices and our driver was amazing! We did the winery's in Temecula and he went ahead and called the winery HIMSELF to make a reservation for us on the way. We didn't realize we needed a reservation! Hey stocked the limo with water, champagne, birthday banners and balloons and everything was very clean and spacious. Poor Service. The owner Andy was quick to take my reservation and my money. He sent something different without letting me know last minute on the day of the event. I had no choice but to accept what arrived. I called him the following business day to ask why he sent something other than what I ordered. He said he had no access to previous reservations.
